"The Lord is my chosen portion + my cup; you hold my lot. The lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; indeed I have a beautiful inheritance."

psalm 16:5-6

Quiet times with God are amazing . This morning I  read Psalm 16. The verses above really hit me because of my One Little Word: content. God continues to show me how GOOD it is to be content and rest in Him.

I drove my sister to her math class. 

Helped clean up the house.

Had lunch. My favorite, meatloaf. If you feed me meatloaf I will love you for life.

Unless you are an anaconda.

Though, in that case I don't know why you would be feeding me meatloaf.

I went running this afternoon. 

It's so good to be back into it.

Then I went to yogiberry with two of my bestest friends.

And then we watched a movie.

Best Day Ever!! [that's a movie quote. not from the movie we watched, but still.]

Life is greaaat folks. And even when I don't have "great" days I still know one thing. "The lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; indeed I have a beautiful inheritance."
