Remember that word: content? Yeah, that one.
Well, it hasn't been so easy to be that way lately.
I have been struggling with mild insomnia for the last month, but it has really caught up to me in the past few days. Going to sleep at 12 or 1 (I know, I know that is not late for some of you) is really hard for me. I have been (basically) constantly sick for the last month because I am not getting enough sleep.
Not to complain. Just saying, I have a life too.
Trusting God is hard. Just like falling asleep at night (for me) but maybe a bit harder. It's not something easy that God drops out of the sky.
Today I ran some errands and did school.
My life in a two phrases.
That's all I got folks. Some days I will have to be okay with writing little.

I know a very little bit about insomnia fixes since I did have mild insomnia like you for a while.
1. Getting up at the same time every morning (earlier is better) helps. It's tough, but it helps your body's internal clock know when to knock you out every night.
2. Do math. It puts me to sleep right away. :D
3. Milk (can you have milk?) and warm liquids helps sometimes. Not coffee or hot chocolate though. :P
4. I've also heard that a shower or bath drops your internal body temperature right after you get out and can make you drowsy. Don't know if that works though.
